3 rounds for reps of:
push up, 1 min
sit ups, 1 min
20" box jump, 1min
walking lunge, 1 min
burpees, 1 min
1min rest

Do as many repetitions of each movement as possible in each minute. Have someone counting. Count the total number of reps for your total score.
